An extended warranty is designed to offer you complete protection, in the unlikely event of the product breaking down.

It not only provides you with a prompt repair or replacement facility – it will also save you from paying out for an annual service subscription (more on this later).

A MolliVita warranty – wrapped up in an affordable monthly payment

When your MolliVita is installed, the first year is automatically covered, should anything go wrong. After the initial 12-month period, you then have the option of setting up your warranty – charged at an affordable £9.99 per month, a price that’s comparable to your typical Netflix or Amazon subscription.

The warranty will remain in place for as long you would like to have your MolliVita water softener covered. And that’s basically it – a guarantee that you’ll never have to pay for another water softener again.

The whole idea of the warranty is that it is as flexible and cost effective as possible – to suit your requirements.

What does a MolliVita Warranty provide?

Basically – plenty of protection and peace of mind.

All the time the warranty is in place, Scott Jenkins Water Softeners will repair or replace your MolliVita water softener, free of charge. This means that as long as the product has been subjected to normal use and maintenance, if there are any defective parts or the softener stops functioning, we’ll attend promptly to fix the problem. If the issue proves beyond repair, we’ll simply install a brand-new softener for you.

What the warranty won’t cover

The MolliVita Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. What the warranty won’t cover you for are any problems caused by malfunctions, damage or neglect that aren’t as a result of defects in materials or workmanship.

How do I take out a MolliVita warranty?
The process is quick and easy. Once your MolliVita has been installed for one year, you’ll receive an email reminder from us, offering you the option of taking up the extended warranty. Alternatively, to get the cover in place, you can either phone the office or sign up directly here.

We will then set up a direct debit for you (Go Cardless) and the £9.99 will be taken each month. If you encounter any issue after joining the warranty scheme, just give us a call on 01243 607 494 or book a call online.

You needn’t actually wait for the first year to have passed before arranging your warranty. We can set this up at the time your MolliVita is installed, or at any point during that first year. Either way, the £9.99 payment will only start being taken after the initial 365 days has elapsed – so you won’t be charged before necessary.

Your future water softener secured at today’s price

Here’s another advantage of taking out a MolliVita warranty, the cost of which is £119.88 for a 12-month period. As mentioned earlier, with the cover in place, there’s no need to pay for an annual service subscription, which would cost anything between £95 and £120 per annum. The price for the warranty is almost identical – but it comes with the added benefit of covering all repairs and a replacement softener if needed.

Cancellation policy

You don’t have to take out the warranty after the first year – it’s entirely up to you.

If you do take it out but then decide to cancel, as long as you do so within a 45-day timeframe, you’ll be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel after 45 days, you will be eligible for a partial refund.
