As the demand for our water softeners continues to grow, we are delighted to report that we are expanding our territories. 

As many of you may be familiar, our main hubs of operation are in West Sussex and Hampshire. Indeed, being a West Sussex-based company, means this is very much our home patch. Over the years, we have established a strong customer base throughout major towns such as Worthing, Arundel, Littlehampton, Chichester, Horsham, Haywards Heath and Crawley – in addition to other suburbs in the Gatwick catchment area.  Heading west, we carry out a lot of work around Emsworth, Havant, Waterlooville and Portsmouth.  

But in the age of the internet, we have found it impossible to limit enquiries and recommendations purely to our core geographic market.   

Consequently, as the business has grown, we have taken on additional staff to handle water softener installations, salt deliveries and annual servicing, as well as expanding our admin team.     

At the same time, we have extended our areas of coverage. Surrey, especially, has become a very busy county for us. We are now increasingly carrying out installations in locations such as Reigate, Dorking, Guildford, Farnham, Cobham, Weybridge, Epsom, Esher and Claygate – all points off the A3, A25 and A217.

We also cover as far west as Southampton and right up to Winchester and across to Basingstoke. Looking east, we have many customers in and around Brighton and we go out as far as Lewes, Newhaven, Peacehaven and Eastbourne.   

As Scott says: “It’s great to see so many people switching to soft water and we want to be the company helping homeowners make that change.” 

And he adds: “It is no coincidence that Surrey experiences the same levels of hard water that is present in Sussex and Hampshire. This may well explain the upsurge in enquiries from this part of the south east.
