This Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Scott Jenkins Water Softeners Ltd and that are part of the MolliVita range.
How much does it cost?
The MolliVita repair or replace warranty is £9.99 per calendar month, due to start after the first year of installation.
What is the duration of the warranty?
The warranty lasts as long as you wish to have your MolliVita softener covered by the repair or replace warranty.
Is the warranty optional?
The MolliVita extended warranty is entirely optional.
Do I have to buy the warranty at time of purchase?
No, your MoliVita repair or replace warranty can begin 365 days after purchase.
Can I cancel my warranty?
You can cancel your warranty within 45 days and get a refund if a claim has not been made.
You can cancel your warranty and receive a part-refund after 45 days.
What does this Warranty cover?
This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Scott Jenkins Water Softeners Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Scott Jenkins Water Softeners Ltd will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from the Scott Jenkins Water Softeners Ltd MolliVita range is 365 days from the date of purchase and lasts for the duration you decide to continue.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
